If you are buying an In-Ground Pool, we offer this service for you. To make the process a quick and smooth one, you should have a plot plan (drawing of you yard) If you have a well or septic system a drawing showing the location is very helpful, the pool must be 25 feet from both well and septic. Some Towns require multiple permits ex: building, health, zoning, electrical. This can be confusing for a homeowner and is why we offer the service.
